2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

The grilling unit or accessory must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.
3. Free Returns & Pre-Paid Labels We offer Free Returns. If you wish to return a product within 30 days for any reason (including defective items or buyer’s remorse), we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. No restocking fees will be charged.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Upon approval, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the pre-paid label.

5. Refunds & Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
