2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment at any time via our tracking portal or directly on the carrier’s website.
3. Shipping Area & Exclusions
We currently deliver to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international destinations at this time.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please inspect the shipment and contact our support team within 48 hours at LalkaMarkway@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
